AMY'S RUNE SCIMITAR
Scimmy is one of my puppies out of Flower and Saber. He got his first major win in June in Colorado Springs, CO and it was a 4 point Major!!! He showed really well and was in such a good mood that day.
UPDATE: Scimmy got his second major win in Topeka, KS in August 2011 !!!!!! He also took winner's dog for 1 point so he has a total of 8 points now. 7 more points till his conformation title.
NEW UPDATE: Scimmy won back to back majors in Dallas, TX on December 9th & 10th, 2011!!!!! He now has 4 major wins and only needs one single point to finish his championship!! He has definitely made us proud and we can't wait to post his finishing picture here. |

AMY'S LILLY ROSE
Lilly is also one of my puppies out of Flower and Saber although she is a year younger than Scimmy. My daughter and Lilly got their first win in Dallas, TX in early July and then they just took a 4-point major in Houston, Texas in late July. My daughter has been working with Lilly all by herself since Lilly was 6 weeks old. =o) She has done all of the training and handling herself and she has had three wins in her Novice Junior Showmanship competition with Lilly. She will now move into the Open Junior Showmanship class. We are very proud of both our daughter and Lilly!! Many, many thanks to Deb Dierking for all her help in showing us how to train and handle Lilly and Scimmy for the dog shows. New updates will be posted on a new show page here on my site.
UPDATE: Lilly took a 3 point major in Alvarado, TX during Thanksgiving weekend and then she took another 3 point major in Dallas, TX on December 11th, 2011!!! She now has 3 major wins and only needs 1 point to finish her championship!! We are so very proud of her and her brother and also of the work Kayla has done to get them ready for all of these shows!! |

All of our Border Collies are registered with the American Border Collie Association. Our focus in raising this wonderful breed is intelligence and working ability. We do not register them with AKC because we believe they are a working breed and that working ability, not conformation, should be the main breeding standard.

All of our Italian Greyhounds are registered with the American Kennel Club. We strive for great conformation in our breeding program but we also want to produce loving and extremely social family members.
